• If you experience technical issues preventing use of our software/services, please contact us within 14 days.

• If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund, subject to the bespoke nature of your order.

2.2. Consultancy & Tailor-Made Solutions

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session or project start may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

• For bespoke technological solutions, payments may not be refundable in full once work has commenced or resources have been allocated, in accordance with UK contract law regarding services already rendered.

2.3. Method of Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, where applicable.
